Prize draw terms.

These terms apply to the Love Pizza prize draw on this website. By entering, you agree to them.

Who runs it

The promoter is Lovep Ltd (company number NI670081), 187 Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 1SQ, trading as Love Pizza.

Who can enter

• UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Lovep Ltd and their immediate families can't enter.
• One entry per person in each calendar month. Extra entries from the same person or email address count once.

How to enter

Fill in the form on the prize draw page. Entry is free and you don't need to buy anything. You don't have to agree to marketing to enter, and agreeing doesn't improve your chances.

The draw

• Each draw covers entries received during one calendar month, from the first day to 11:59pm on the last day.
• One winner is picked at random from all valid entries, within 7 days of the month ending.
• We may close the draw to new entries at any time. Entries already received stay in the draw for that month.

The prize

• The prize is the one described on the prize draw page when you enter.
• Where the prize is free pizza for a year, it means one pizza a month for 12 months, of any size on the menu, from the winner's chosen Love Pizza shop. It is for collection only and is not available for delivery. A month's pizza that isn't claimed can't be carried over.
• The prize can't be swapped, transferred or exchanged for cash. If we can't provide it for reasons outside our control, we'll offer something of equal or greater value.

Telling the winner

• We'll contact the winner by email, or by phone if they gave a number, within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner doesn't reply within 14 days, or isn't eligible, we'll draw another winner.
• We may ask for proof of age and address before giving the prize.
• With the winner's agreement, we'll publish their first name and area on our website and social media, along with a photo if they're happy for us to use one. The winner's surname and county are available on request to operations@lovepizza.com for one month after the draw.

Your details

We use the details you enter to run the draw, as set out in our privacy policy.

Other things

• We can disqualify entries we reasonably believe are fraudulent, automated or break these terms.
• Our decision on the draw is final.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it.
• These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
